File Easy Accountancy Ltd (“we”) collects the personal data you submit via our lead forms - typically your name, mobile number, business type, turnover or revenue and timeline - so we can provide a fixed quote and contact you about our accountancy services.

We may also receive advertising identifiers (such as Google Click ID) and campaign parameters so we can attribute enquiries to the ads or keywords that generated them.

We process this information under legitimate interests and/or steps prior to entering a contract. We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors who help us run the business (for example CRM, messaging and analytics tools) under appropriate agreements.

Data is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@fileeasyaccountancy.co.uk.
